Third Day
The Med-HELA project team conducted a visit to IEDC – Bled School of Management, an internationally recognized and synergistic institution in Slovenia. During this visit, they met with the management team, who delivered comprehensive presentations on the school’s activities, as well as on CEEMAN and its role in advancing management development in dynamic societies.
The discussions also highlighted the leadership programs offered by the institution. As a result, the Med-HELA team gained valuable insights and lessons for the development of their own leadership program, particularly by integrating key elements of the IEDC approach into the Med-HELA framework.
