During the Erasmus+ project LEADHEGA study visit (leadership for Georgia and Azerbajan), hosted by EMUNI University from 24 to 27 March, participants explored a range of projects and initiatives focused on leadership development in higher education.
Among the featured initiatives, the Erasmus+ project MED.HELA was presented as an ambitious and strong example of international cooperation in this field, as a structural reform project. The project, which focuses on enhancing leadership capacities in Algeria and Tunisia and involves ministries from both countries, provided participants with valuable insights into innovative approaches and practices that can be adapted across different higher education contexts.
The presentation further enriched the exchange of knowledge among partners and highlighted the importance of continuous capacity building and cross-regional collaboration in shaping effective leadership in higher education.
