Third Day
The third day focused on Development Workshop 2, where participants were divided into three parallel working groups to advance the project’s main deliverables:
- Developing the HELQS App (DD): Participants reviewed the app’s progress, discussed technical requirements, and planned the remaining development activities.
- Measuring Leadership Development Impact (RB): The group worked on developing a methodology and key indicators to evaluate the impact of leadership development activities and change projects.
- Setting up the Leadership Academy (GM): Participants refined the organizational structure and implementation plan for establishing the Leadership Academy.
The workshop concluded with each group presenting its progress and agreed next steps.
During the afternoon, participants continued their work with Module 3: The Change Project. The session included a presentation of the module, followed by progress reports from participants on the implementation of their change projects.
Feedback was provided through interactive discussions, allowing participants to reflect on achievements, challenges, and next steps.
The session concluded with a leadership mentoring exercise, promoting peer learning, guidance, and the exchange of experiences to support the successful implementation of institutional change initiatives.
