Fourth Day
The fourth day covered Modules 4–8, focusing on Personal Leadership Skills, Managing Resources, Leading Quality Learning, Internationalisation, and Innovation in Higher Education. Throughout the day, participants reviewed the key concepts of each module, presented their progress, exchanged experiences, and received feedback. The sessions promoted reflection, collaborative learning, and the refinement of participants’ leadership practices and change projects.
The afternoon programme featured the fourth EU Best Practice Seminar, focusing on leadership in higher education and entrepreneurship. Ana Isabel Rodríguez (UGR Emprendedora) delivered a session on Strategic Leadership for Entrepreneurs, highlighting key leadership competencies for fostering innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives. This was followed by Guillermo Maraver (UGR), who presented practical approaches to Leadership, Cooperation, and Conflict Resolution Strategies, engaging participants in discussions on effective teamwork, collaboration, and conflict management within higher education institutions.
