Fifth Day

Day 5 was dedicated to the coordination and review of progress across all five work packages (WP1–WP5). Work package leaders presented the activities completed, current achievements, implementation status, and upcoming tasks.

Discussions focused on project management, development of the MHELA and MHE-LDP programmes, preparation of pilot activities, implementation planning, and dissemination actions. Partners also reviewed reporting procedures, equipment procurement, quality assurance, and sustainability measures.

The meeting concluded with the agreement on next steps and responsibilities for the forthcoming project phase.
